[Narita Airport] Transfer Service Review

If you are traveling with multiple people, you can go directly from T2 to Shinagawa Prince Hotel without dragging your luggage. If it rains☔️, you don’t have to worry about dragging your luggage.

rude, supposed to pick up at the lobby, he waited at the different floor, which is not hotel lobby, insisted to look for him. play with handphone while driving. bad service.

no meet and greet, as i already paid for it, wasted my money paying extra, instead asked me to go out from the airport and look for the driver, play with his phone while driving. bad service.

The Chinese driver is a very nice person, talkative and polite, and there is no difficulty in verbal communication👍👍👍. Next time I go to Tokyo, I will definitely book a car for easy access.

Highly recommended. We had many suitcases so this service was great. standard taxi wouldn’t be able to load all our suitcases. The drive to the airport was smooth

the driver drove at speeds of up to 140klm. Unsafe and wreckless in wet weather . I was afraid we wouldn’t make it there alive.

If there are a large number of people, you can really choose the airport transfer service to save a lot of trouble. The driver can speak Chinese, which is highly recommended.
